Youth Legislature Conference Form Page
This page has all of the forms that you will need to participate in the conference. The forms are divided below by section, please use the templates appropriate for the chamber you will be in to write your Bill. If you use the wrong form, you risk the server rejecting your submission and the loss of your work when you upload your Bill.

The above documents are MS Word 2003 format documents that you must use as a template in drafting your proposal. It contains all the required formatting. Please use the current forms here on the site and when you upload your bills, please ensure that they are still in the MS Word format with a .doc extension on the end. These forms must be submitted via the conference upload center link, which can be found on the left-hand side of this page.
